In February 2020, Pahal Foundation proudly organized and supported the inspiring “Amazing Deaf Fingers – A Finger Tutting Dance Show” across multiple cities in India. The event series celebrated the extraordinary talent, creativity, and confidence of deaf artists while promoting awareness, inclusion, and appreciation for the deaf community.
The performances received an overwhelming response from audiences, volunteers, students, parents, and members of the deaf community. Through art, dance, and expression, the shows delivered a powerful message that talent has no barriers.
Event Tour Highlights
8th February 2020 – Hyderabad, Telangana
The India tour began in Hyderabad, where audiences witnessed an energetic and visually stunning finger tutting dance performance that showcased creativity, rhythm, and expression through movement.
9th February 2020 – Kochi, Kerala
The second performance was successfully held in Kochi, where participants and supporters appreciated the unique artistic style and inspiring presence of deaf performers.
14th February 2020 – Chennai, Tamil Nadu
The event continued in Chennai, bringing together art lovers, students, and members of the community to celebrate inclusion through performance art.
15th February 2020 – Bangalore, Karnataka
A special performance was organized in Bangalore featuring internationally recognized deaf artists Hulusi Bati from the United Kingdom and Andrey Drangunov from Russia. Their extraordinary finger tutting skills inspired audiences and highlighted the global talent within the deaf community.
16th February 2020 – Vadodara, Gujarat
The tour then reached Vadodara, where the event promoted awareness, artistic expression, and confidence among deaf youth and participants.
19th February 2020 – Pune, Maharashtra
In Pune, the show received tremendous appreciation from attendees who were inspired by the performers’ creativity, dedication, and powerful stage presence.
21st February 2020 – Parbhani, Maharashtra
The performance in Parbhani encouraged greater awareness and support for inclusive cultural activities involving the deaf community.
22nd February 2020 – Jalgaon, Maharashtra
The event in Jalgaon continued spreading positivity and inspiration through artistic performance and community participation.
23rd February 2020 – Delhi
The India tour concluded successfully in Delhi, celebrating the spirit of inclusion, creativity, and empowerment through the universal language of art and dance.
