Our Founder & Director Aniket Selganokar, having experienced the struggles in the deaf education, wanted to do something for the deaf community. And Pahal Foundation is his way of showing the support towards the deaf community. He has worked in the areas of social entrepreneurship & sensitization. He is on the board of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, State Level Co-ordination Committee for the Disabled & Vice President of State Level Association of the Deaf, Maharashtra. He is also part of many other organizations & is a strong deaf leader in the Indian deaf community. His strength to unite the people from the different communities has given privilege to create huge empowerment for the deaf & great awareness for the hearing people
