In October 2020, Pahal Foundation launched a special Online Employability Training Program for deaf youth with the aim of improving employability skills, personality development, and financial independence.
The initiative was created for deaf individuals who aspired to build successful careers, become self-reliant, and support their families through better employment opportunities.
Empowering Deaf Youth Through Skill Development
The training program focused on helping participants develop important workplace and communication skills required for professional growth and independence.
The online sessions provided guidance on:
- Personality Development
- Communication Skills
- Workplace Readiness
- Professional Behavior
- Confidence Building
- Career Development Skills
- Independent Living Skills
Participants were encouraged to enhance their abilities and prepare themselves for future employment opportunities.
Training Details
The training was conducted for a duration of 30 days with sessions held six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

- No Training Fees
- Age Group: 18 to 30 Years
- Limited Seats: 15 Participants per Batch
- Support for Mobile Data Charges for 30 Days
Admissions for the program began on 7th October 2020, with applications accepted until 14th October 2020.
