National Conclave on Deaf Women’s Rights & Leadership

The National Conclave on Deaf Women’s Rights & Leadership, organised by the Pahal Foundation, is a significant national initiative focused on strengthening the role of deaf women in leadership, advocacy, sports, education, and social development. Aligned with India’s vision for Nari Shakti, this conclave aims to create an inclusive platform where deaf women’s voices, achievements, and challenges are recognized and amplified.

This one-day conclave will bring together eminent leaders, deaf women role models, Deaflympics medalists, educators, social activists, policymakers, and community organisations from across the country. Through inspiring talks, panel discussions, and shared experiences, the event seeks to promote awareness, equality, and empowerment within the deaf community.
